Location, Directions & Parking New Horizons Medical Spa is located at: From the North or South:Take The Taconic State Parkway and Exit at Route 6 in Northern Yorktown (Hamlets of Shrub Oak, Jefferson Valley). Go East on Route 6 and make the first RIGHT after passing the Jefferson Valley Mall (Macy's, Sears, et al). That is Hill Boulevard. Make the second right. Turn RIGHT at the sign that reads Jefferson Valley Medical Center 3505 – 3535. The building in the back is 3505. Park in the lot and walk to the right of the atrium. We are located in Suite H. From the East:Take Route 6 to Hill Boulevard and make a make a LEFT turn. Hill Boulevard is just past Lake Osceola on the left. From the West:Take Route 6 past The Taconic parkway and follow instructions above. 3505 Hill Boulevard is located across the street from Jefferson Village Senior Community Center. |
